COMPETITION
for the admission to worker’s employment (m / w) at a specified working time for the workplace
of bookkeeper
– 1 executor –
Conditions for the job:
Economics, direction: Financial / Accountingi·
Work experience required for at least 10 years at the same or similar jobs ·
Active knowledge of English or German in speech and script ·
Use of basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Office)·
Independently carrying out accounting and bookkeeping tasks ·
Independence in the preparation of financial statement ·
Monitoring of legal regulations in the field of accounting and finance ·
Trial work for 3 months with the possibility of hiring for an indefinite period of time ·
Desirable- B-category driving license ·
Description of work activities carried out independently :
Posting billing documents, URA and IRA statemet·
Payroll and human resources (HR)·
Cash transactions ·
Monthly VAT calculation usw.·
Independently carrying out accounting activities related to transactions with domestic and foreign buyers and suppliers·
Constant co-operation and communication with foreign partners ·
Independently carrying out accounting activities related to the procurement of materials and inventories in accordance with the laws, accounting principles, standards and internal instructions ·
Active cooperation with corporate clients, tax administration, banks and all relevant institutions ·
Managing your daily billing process ·
Preparation of the final account, annual tax calculation and contributions and balance ·
Monitoring and implementation of expert and • conscientious changes from its scope of responsibility ·
Preparation of company audit documents, reporting and business analysis to superiors·

Competition open from 27.11.2018. until 05.12.2018.
